MAC 106/2

MAC 106/2: MIDSIZE FOR RECYCLABLES AND RDF

BALES MEDIUM QUANTITIES OF MATERIALS COMING FROM SEPARATE COLLECTION

The MAC 106/2 is the latest model of the /2 series. It processes all kinds of materials coming from the separate collection.

MAC 106/2 baler has been designed for processing medium quantities of materials coming from the separate collection: plastic, PET, mixed paper, OCC and refuse derived fuel (RDF).

The result is a higher density of the bales combined with greater production, without requiring excessive effort from the machine.

The bale size obtained is ideal to optimize storage and transport using most common trucks, containers, and railroad cars.

MAC 102

MAC 102: A SMALL-SIZED BALER WITH ENHANCED PERFORMANCE FOR RECYCLABLES BALING

IT BALES CARDBOARD, PET, MIXED PAPER AND OTHER MATERIALS MEANT TO BE RECYCLED

The MAC 102 automatic baler has been designed to bale medium and small quantities of materials. Waste sorting plants, logistic centres, large-scale retailers are among the main users of the MAC 102. Thanks to great work flexibility, it bales all types of waste paper, plastic containers and many other products for recovery.

MAC 107/2

MAC 107/2: THE NEW MULTI-MATERIAL BALER PERFECT FOR MIDSIZE RECYCLING PLANTS, SRF & ENGINEERED FUEL

BALES UP TO 30% DENSER THAN THE MAC 107/1

The MAC 107/2 is the latest model of the /2 series. It processes all kinds of materials coming from the separated collection.

It is the baler for those who do not need high production, but who want to obtain at the same time a product quality equal to a machine with the large-scale output.

To meet this request, we have improved certain characteristics of the MAC 107/1, the previous baler: the tie and the extrusion channel have been reinforced and the counter-pressure cylinder has been increased. This way, compared to the /1, the density of the bales has been increased by 30% for cardboard and 15% for plastics, keeping the format of the bale small ( 110×75 cm).

The result is a higher density of the bales combined with greater production, without requiring excessive effort from the machine.

MAC 108/1

MAC 108/1: THE BALER FOR RECOVERY OF SECONDARY RAW MATERIALS PROCESSING MEDIUM AND LARGE QUANTITIES OF PRODUCT

IT BALES ALL MATERIALS COMING FROM SEPARATE COLLECTION AND PLASTIC MATERIALS

The MAC108/1 baler has been specially designed for compacting medium and large quantities of materials: recyclables, waste paper, aluminium cans and plastic materials difficult to treat such as big bags and rigid plastic.

The bale size obtained is perfect for storage and transport using the most common methods, such as trucks, containers and railroad cars.

MAC 110/1

MAC 110/1: THE BALER FOR RECOVERY OF SECONDARY RAW MATERIALS PROCESSING LARGE QUANTITIES OF PRODUCT

IT BALES ALL MATERIALS COMING FROM SEPARATE COLLECTION, SUCH AS PET, OCC AND MIXED PAPER

MAC 110/1 baler for secondary raw materials has been designed to bale large quantities of materials coming from separate collection. Thanks to its high processing flexibility it can treat:
OCC, PET, mixed paper and other materials meant to be recycled. The bale size obtained with the MAC 110/1 baler is perfect for storage and transport using the most common methods, such as trucks, containers and railroad cars.

MAC 110/2

MAC 110/2: THE MULTI-MATERIAL BALER FOR RECYCLABLES

PET, OCC, MIXED PAPER, RDF (REFUSE DERIVED FUEL)

MAC 110/2 is a versatile baler: it bales different materials, such as plastic, paper, biomass and refuse derived fuel (RDF). Compared to the previous series of the MAC range it is even more performing: more efficient, sturdier, easier to clean. It can quickly handle large workloads and, at the same time, it ensures greater bale density.
